Hey folks! Long time reader of BP here. I figured that after 3 years, it's about time to introduce myself.

I recently relocated to the Raleigh area after graduating college last year (Finance - RE). During my time in college, I tried to soak up as much as I could about the world of real estate investing. I wanted to have a solid base of knowledge before jumping in. I listened to the podcasts and read more blog posts than I can count (which have all been great by the way). Now that I have a job and a more stable financial position, I'm eager to start my investing career!

The main strategy that I want to focus on is acquiring long-term rentals for cash flow. I'm looking to build up a portfolio of 1-4 unit homes. Down the road, I'm looking at maybe getting into 5+ unit deals, but I figured 1-4 units would be a great place to start.

If you're in the Raleigh area, it would be great to connect with you! I'm very eager to learn more about what real estate investing looks like practically compared to just reading blog posts. Also, if you have any tips on starting off, I would love to hear them! Happy investing to you all!

Best Regards,

Ben Brown
