On the other hand, there are some cities that might require you to register (pay) your self or company, and also register (pay) for each property with the building department. 

The title company (assuming you’re In a title state) will do all the work for their minuscule fee you’re going to pay anyway. 

I have a realtor who listed my house and created a lease agreement from the company that she works for, but i’m looking for a real estate attorney that can see if there’s anything i can add/edit for further landlord protection/clqrificatio  and to verify that I am being protected. it's my first house that i’m managing on my own so it’s a bit nerve-wrecking.We do have a prospective tenant that seems she’d be a good fit; however, she’s requesting some things that i’d like clarification on to see if it's possible to meey and would like an attorney to set eyes on.Let me know!

I disputed the charges with my CC company, and she's tried to block that(I thought BoA would give my money back easy).

Good pm companies will not take on the low asset grade problems bc they simply aren't worth it and you are left with the inexperienced or bad ones. 

Commercial companies will unlikely to take a rookie.
