I've always found CI very difficult to use, although it looks like they have modernized the site in recent months. 

Aside from loving the modern styles, when you are going 3 stories, and have the height limitations, and narrower lots, contemporary style with no rooflines really work.

I love modern and contemporary, would love to offer that type of home as new construction to buyers in the 300-500s vs having to buy their own land and do something 100% custom.

There are many great architecture firms that do beautiful Pacific Northwest modern, or just modern/contemporary in Portland.  

Even though we are theoretically a modern tech company that believes in work life balance; that isn't the case.

What are the limiting factors that are stopping one company from taking over any sector in the market with all the modern systems available?

They need to be painted a light modern colour.Can't make out the hardware but if dated it needs replacing as well.

They called, some on the first or second mailing, some on the 10th and some took more than one phone call to get them to agree once they finally calledWe were assembling an old subdivision and then restructuring the lots to provide space for more modern homes.  

3 is most modern/up-to-date looking.5 is nice too, if in fact you intend to "buy sell rent fix"- gets it all in there.
