If so, give notice in the manner by which you usually communicate (that they were most recently responding to) and then show up at the time you said you would and knock, and then enter if there is no response and make the repair.

Hi @Lenny Hatori, in most places the property owner will be listed in public records (like the county assessor's office, for example) and then it is as simple as finding that person on social media, anywhere else on the internet, or going up and knocking on their door.
