Hello BP!

I wanted to post a thread that I hope will show what is and what isn't working right now with regards to finding deals in this HOT market!

I'll go first, Me and my team are finding most of our leads/deals from driving for dollars in our local markets (Tampa and Brandon Florida) that we either take down ourselves or wholesale off to other investors. We have also pulled lists such as Out Of State Absentee Owner and Text blasted the list then Warm called the leads

Please Share What Is Working For You Guys! Thank You!.

That doesn’t seem like the right mindset. There are deals out there, it just takes a lot of work to find them. But ya, the pickings can be slim for sure if you’re expecting something to just pop up in front of you.

We just bought a condo from a wholesaler, 165k, don’t have to do anything to it. Sell for 220k. We’ll see how it goes.
