Would love to get involved with the local meetup groups in Chicago.

With full-time jobs and three little ones in school and involved in extra-curricular activities, adding any more stress to our current schedule would spell disaster.

Your best bet, in my opinion, is to bring in one or more equity partners.

I'd bet you'd have more of a chance of finding say 10 people to knock down smaller deals than the 1 person who could knock down the entire deal.So many people claim to be able to fund a deal no issue no matter the size "if it's good enough" but I find that hard to believe and rarely see examples from it unless it's an established player...

I'd be very excited to learn if there were any other catches I hadn't found involving fees or pricing.
