The home is in our names and we have a loose organizational system that consists of receipts/bills in a bill planner (combined with those of our primary residence) and some files in a filing cabinet.

(no cutting or coping)..BTW, this works refinishing works for other wood surfaces like cabinets and sills (but no need to pull those off).I do this landlord trim recipe when I change floors, overhaul a unit after a long tenancy, or prep one for sale.

And I explained that my hard money lender would close on it and they accepted the offer and they accepted.But thats a good example of how a house with certain unfinished things (missing cabinets, no flooring, etc) that they are limited in accepting offers and that can sometimes get you a great deal.....I would definitely try to find the owner and see what you can work out.

For example you can do all cosmetic changes including kitchen cabinets and not require a permit i.e. carpet, painting, plumbing fixtures, some electrical changes may require a permit depending if your in State jurisdiction or Cities.

This would be prime location for a small trades business (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) or a residential remodel type use (cabinets, granite, flooring) because of the central location and easy access from major thoroughfares and currently industrial zoning designation.Current zoning is Industrial with Industrial Mixed-Use across the street.

Yep - - similar fees for RHOL; but I get the report immediately :)Yes, they inspect your "office" to ensure the applications (containing the raw data) and reports are kept under lock-n-key - - that's it - - just need a simple locking file cabinet.
