Just out of curiosity, what recourse does a lender have against a borrow when they default on an unsecured loan?

Just for curiosity's sake, do you not have enough VA loan entitlement left to consider a second tier VA loan?

Interest has been accruing, likely taxes and insurances, collection fees, etc.

All transactions are exclusively for the benefit of the plan and all income accrues to the plan.
