Check out Truecaller and other Apps for eliminating SPAM.Not sure what this does but Congress just passed anti-SPAM legislation, and the cell phone carriers are also required to develop technology to identify robo callers.

Not saying they are all fake, but I am on this website way too much and have seen several really similar scenarios get outed as fake accounts spamming to promote a service.

Its up to the receiver to decide if your message is spam. 

Just tackling that student loan debt!

A lot of the mainstream software platforms have done a good job with rent collection, but have left the maintenance and tenant finding up to the landlord We at NestEgg have tried to tackle the 3 biggest pain points:  Maintenance, Rent Collection, and tenant finding services. 

"Trust me, I'm an engineer" as I tackle a project that I would be better off hiring out lol. 

Plus, tenants who know how to connect too well and take advantage of the bandwidth.Plus, there could even be a little potential liability.... in what they download, if they send spam or have a virus that sends spam, and perhaps even if you don't provide a secure network.

With the amount of spam and advertising today, I have yet to meet an investor who has been successful with email marketing.
