Which property management software do you recommend and why? I have heard of the following three from the majority of people: cozy, tellus, rentmindme. Which one would be best for collecting rents and doing background checks with?

We use TenantCloud for almost all of our management. Payments, Leases, Screening, Maintenance, Accounting.
