Hello everyone in the Bigger Pockets community, I'm so glad i stumbled onto the podcast videos while aimlessly watching youtube videos on who knows what!!

First and foremost I want to say that I stumbled upon the site a few days ago and what a vast amount of information and knowledge there is on the site.

We understand this is a difficult time to find good cash flowing deals at today's interest rates and listing prices.We have always preferred to vacation in the Gulf of Mexico, but we couldn't make the numbers work there last year which is how we ended up in Myrtle Beach at a price point we are happy with.I just stumbled across quite a few beachfront studio condos that are being sold at a great price near the Panama City Beach area.

(Not rude or unfriendly, just full of verbal pauses and stumbling over any semblance of what we were asking him to say)When we heard this, my colleague realized that the problem wasn’t his market, but the lack of oversite on his employees.Further, I am not a huge fan of 3rd party Va vendors.

@Brandon Turner,Mr legendary Brandon Turner.....I am honored to stumble over and comment from you,I am just in the process of expanding from Kentucky and Ohio into Indiana.And although I am sticking strictly to the strategy of not being a landlord using all kind of creative financing in and out of the properties I still need someone to go around and estimate repairs etc.Would you please send me his info and yet I realize you posted this 4 years ago.
