Hello everyone in the Bigger Pockets community, I'm so glad i stumbled onto the podcast videos while aimlessly watching youtube videos on who knows what!! The podcasts are awesome, I listen to them every day on the road now.. Thanks Brandon & Josh. 

My name is Anthony Platas and I live in Moses Lake, Wa. - Smaller city in Central Washington State with population of maybe 30,000 people but growing BIG TIME with industrial business out here. 

Like many others, I've been wanting to get into real estate since i realized what the potential income could be; and then i realized i was already in the game. 

I bought my first home at 21 with a USDA first time buyer loan. House hacked it for a year, then rented it out for 2 years to two separate tenants, first one was not so good, second were excellent! I didn't really profit anything but i did break even every month, but up to this point i haven't realized what i've been doing just sort of... doing it unconsciously Lol. 

So my occupation is pretty interesting, I drive Semi-Trucks hauling Milk from local Dairies to Darigold Plants everyday, about 60-70 hours per week. Its great and all but long term i know i will be working till i die like all these other guys out here, and thats not in my plan for life! 

Everyone has a vision for their goals and things they want to achieve, for me I would have to say multi-family is the way i would definitely like to go with the market I'm in; How i am supposed to get there, I'm not 100% positive just yet, but i pick up very quickly so i hope ya'll don't mind if i pick your brains. 

Cant wait to start getting involved in the Bigger Pockets Community look forward to seeing everyone in the forums! I have plenty of questions, send me a message and lets network... and help answer some questions ;) !!
