I'm new to real estate investing (Winona, MN 55987 area)  and like most new investors starting out, its a little confusing, even with all the reading, studying and information out there.

I'm 19, I currently reside in Washington State, dropped out of college, I was studying computer science but then realized it just was not for me and found myself not knowing what I wanted to do for a career.

I have been studying the BRRRR strategy these last couple of months and definitely like the benefits and the potential for increasing the velocity of my money. 

I discovered my passion in Real Estate investing almost 18 months ago and have spent my time reading Real Estate Books, listening to Podcasts, and trying to consume what I can about everything Real Estate investing.

And I noticed that one guy had recently bought like a dozen properties in the area.So, I called him and discovered that he bought them through a probate sale.

These past few weeks have gone by as I’m learning and studying REI.

For rehab funds I've used both Discover and SoFi personal loans, one day funding and no fees at all,  but they do require good credit.Another solution would be seller financing if the seller would entertain that.Good luck!

I liked being a B student because I didn't have to study as hard.
