Taking on my first property

Hi all! My name is Brandon. I discovered my passion in Real Estate investing almost 18 months ago and have spent my time reading Real Estate Books, listening to Podcasts, and trying to consume what I can about everything Real Estate investing. After weekly meetings and book clubs for the last 6 months, my three friends (and partners) and I have officially decided to start making the first serious step in finding a property, specifically in Kansas City.
