Once the deal looks financially viable you wan to do a thorough due diligence process to make sure there are no surprises regarding utilities, storm water, parking, setbacks, lot coverage, architectural controls, public position and all the costs associated with all of that prior to purchasing the property.

What I'm still working to figure out is you're just using the system to coordinate maintenance (e-rent + lease turnover already in place) is it primarily just a chatbot automation that's coordinating hand-off with your existing contractors that you're already working with (since most areas remain outside their full service coverage)?
