I have a few private investors that what me to include them when/if I decide to do my first project in nola.. but i feel i still need to network more and get a better feel for the market first... glad I found this site and have been wanting to make it to one of the REI meetups. 

I am going to be networking a lot at local REI events, but I was wondering if any brokers out there in BP-land know of or are interested in being my partner.

I'm currently looking to network with more investor friendly real estate agents in the San Antonio area, specifically focusing in the Northeast section of San Antonio.I'm looking for single family homes within the $70,000 - $160,000 that need a pretty considerable amount of TLC and rehab with the intent to BRRRR them or flip them. 

Here is the thing IF I do that I open a wide open door for my stuff to be damaged. 

Start networking with others to build your network. 

That’s probably what I’ll do if I ever want to go full time, note that this could take years of discussions and networking to truly make work.

I would love to learn more about analyzing deals efficiently and networking in general.
