In search of broker/partner for Prop Mgt Co in Virginia

Hello BP!

I have been managing a few of my own properties in Florida but now want to turn my attention to building a property management services company in Norther Virginia (where I live). The state of Virginia requires property management companies to have a broker's license (which I don't have). I am going to be networking a lot at local REI events, but I was wondering if any brokers out there in BP-land know of or are interested in being my partner. I know property management pretty well now and have a good system down, but I need to find a broker that is willing to be a partner and collect a percent of the profits with little to now effort.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated!

Best,

Rick Solano
