My name is Gavin Menichini and I'm a residential real estate investor in the San Antonio, TX area. I'm currently looking to network with more investor friendly real estate agents in the San Antonio area, specifically focusing in the Northeast section of San Antonio.

I'm looking for single family homes within the $70,000 - $160,000 that need a pretty considerable amount of TLC and rehab with the intent to BRRRR them or flip them. I will be using private lending and potentially hard money to fund these projects/investments.

Any recommendations on great RE agents that know the NE market of San Antonio well?
