I am lucky here; the leads are published in the newspaper at the same time each month.

The problem is, I've yet to find a paid training course that will publish their numbers.  

Yes exactly what I tried to sayIn the past the Table of Contents of her course was published on her website.

I've promised the guy who gave it to me not to publish it or share it.  

I only have it in publisher or PDF however

Usually anyone can subscribe to a local Legal News publication, it can be someting like Daily News, they publish all filings, that can give you a heads up. :)

The assesors office in Chicago only publishes a list of pre-foreclosure notices in the local newspaper and online( The data has to be gathered manually and can't be exported to excel). 

Marvin, "list" means published, it is not limited to an MLS publication, a sticky note on the Wal-Mart bulletin board that you have a house for sale is a listing, publishing is placing an ad anywhere.

Stop prodding me Brian, I have issues with giving special operation tactics or an Uzi to youngsters  and there would be no way to secure the firing range by publishing a book, it would not be responsible or in the public's best interests.

Prior to inputting a listing to the service, the listing broker shall obtain the written agreement of the seller expressly granting the listing broker authority to: (1) file the listing with the service for publication and dissemination to those authorized by the MLS; (2) act as an agent for the seller; (3) abide by the rules of the service; (4) provide timely notice of status changes of the listing to the service; (5) provide sales information including selling price to the service upon sale of the property for publication and dissemination to those authorized by the MLS and (6) publish sales information after the final closing of a sales transaction in accordance with these MLS rules8.2 Written Documentation.
