Another is the seller is tired of lookie-loos, all talk, no action, lots of weasel worded contingencies and no one with $1.95 to even close. 

Anyone,Is there an online resource (preferably free or very low cost) where I can research the name and address of a property owner so I can mail them a letter.I have a few multifamily homes in my town that look tired and maybe could use a new owner. 

I hear what you're saying, a lot of tire kickers out there for sure. 

I'm getting tired of having older properties that need repairs often.

I found the writing style similar to Robert Kiyosaki's where I felt the narrative got a little tired and boring due to over explanation or rehashing previously discussed ideas.

However an absentee owner who bought the property 10 years ago may be ready to get rid of it and tired of the hassle.  

Flat tires are another thing. 

We as landlords hear sob stories about how our tenants can't make rent( flat tire, laid off ect) This is the rare case where the shoe is on the other foot.

When you take into account on the cars  NO oil Changes NO tune up  No brakes .. the only thing you do to it is window wiper fluid and tires .... the auto pilot is sheer genius.. espically in bumper to bumper traffic.. it will come to a complete stop.. you dial in 2 car lengths to the car in front of you sit back and drink your coffee.. much safer no chance of fender benders..

As long as you don't have to sell or you don't get tired of owning and sell it doesn't matter.
