There's a company down here in San Diego that has senior leaders who live there, headquarter the company there, but spend most of their time in San Diego (rent here) because that's where a good chunk of the operational infrastructure is.  

I played Division 1 Baseball at Prairie View A&M and my senior year we traveled to Lubbock for a series with Texas Tech (arguably the best team in college baseball that year) and they let us have it that year.

Where seniors who have lived there for decades are being asked to leave since landlord is charging $10,000 per appointment. 

Junior-Senior year I was lucky enough to get into a welding program where I learned how to fabricate and weld steel and other metals.

It was in my senior year that I had a hard time finding a job having anything to do with Japanese.

If interest rates continue to drop then more retirees and seniors will need alternative assets that produce some substantial cash flow/yield.

Allow for any senior liens too such as back property taxes that bidders will calculate, if any.Then you can instruction trustee's auctioneer to cry the sale in the best way you deem smart do that you get the most money but don't become the proud new owner.

It is very educative and senior folks are doing a fantastic job of helping newbies like me.
