I take the handwritten, buddy letters and the machine typed and the offers to help me out of my misery and pay cash in three days etc. and throw them in the garbage.

Otherwise I guess I'll fire up the google machine and start making calls. 

It's like the banks that used to make a lot of money serving customers with free ATM access but then they started charging $1.00 to pull money out even though the machine was cheaper than a live teller.

So, yeah, an interactive virtual tour of an investment property could be your time machine, pre-qualifier, and market leverage tool, but only if you wnt to save time, money, and get more qualified buyer's.The alternative remains the same as it has been for more then a decade.Pointless visits to show an iP to a buyer that is looking for more than what the iP offers.

My handyman initially thought it was from the washing machine but it turns out that it is coming from under the floor. 

We are not looking for a fancy building, our business is very loud and such with engine dynos and cnc machines.
