Any licensed Architect's for residential work in KC here on BP? Any recommendations? Interested in discussing a multi car garage and 1-2 living units behind an existing multi-family building. 

How much would a design like this cost? Timeline for design? Permitting? If you have any experience with something like this, please reach out!
