I've had newsletters mention Kennedy-Wilson and Howard Hughes Companies (or similar names, just going from memory) as companies with huge real estate portfolios with assets listed at cost that were acquired decades ago which have significant development potential.Just know hedge funds and insurance companies are funding 6.5-8% interest loans right now so they, too, are having a hard time finding safe, secure returns. 

Unfortunately we can't advertise our deals but you can reach out to them, get on their investor list and get regular updates from them via newsletters, updates on new projects, etc.  

Sign up for the newsletters and podcasts and you will have a great arsenal of education in your mellon to help you figure this out more quickly.

Please feel free to relocate this thread into another forum Mods...I wasn't sure where to put.Is there such an animal as a receipt tracker that's electronic that I can buy, input the receipt, scan, etc and have it automaticallly log for my taxes?

I kind of feel like one of the dumb investors headlined in today's newsletter "How to Be Smart in a World of Dumb Investors".
