They're looking for something affordable, safe, preferably with decent schools and a commute they are willing to make to get those things.Not sure if the Google or Apple buses go to Brentwood.  

I understand it only takes a few bad apples to ruin the entire industry, but most of the time the grass is not greener on the other side.  

All it takes is one bad apple to spoil the lot, but one good person working diligently to bring or keep an area up isn't enough.  

Personal use and trafficking are on totally opposite ends of the spectrum and wouldn't ever be looked at in the same light, that's an "apples to oranges" comparison..

The current appraisal is 2M, by rule of 72, the home will reach 4M (I really do not have any doubt - it will appreciate) as this is in key area near by Apple , Google head quarters.

@Al Williamson  I talked to one young apple engineer .. and he is renting a bed in a house in Cupertino for 1k a month.. he spend many days on the road..

Even the "bad apples", although I was infuriated at the time, weren't a really bad horror story. 

Airbnb is similar to having a large Apt complex, there will always be a few bad apples, given enough time you will come across them.

So, you don't need to get in an argument over tomatoes or apples.

I would say that you should be prepared to put in a lot more maintenance work in comparison to a place like dakota county (apple valley, eagan, etc.)
