I also guarantee they are bad parents....make a DFS report so they have some social workers in their life.Find out where they work and start calling for payment...several times a day...making sure to tell anyone who answers the phone what they are doing.

@Darleni Ven Have a property under contract thats of course a Good deal, then advertise it (Bandit signs, Social Media, Website, etc.) buyers should start contacting you, get their info (Name, email, number, and types of properties they are looking for) even after you have sold that property keep advertising the property, not for too long, so buyers will contact you, don't do the ghost bandit sign stuff you don't want to ruin your name from the beginning.
