I was awarded a judgement for 2 months past due rent, late fees, and court costs, along with possession.

Writ of Possession signed by judge and given to County Sheriff to execute 9/25/21.

Hi All -I have a tenant that I successfully won an eviction hearing against for possession & back rent.  

Hello,Hoping someone has some advice or help - located in PAMDJ granted possession - tenant has 6 dogs and per lease only allowed 3.

When I went to take possession of the place I found someone was living there.

At least 24 hours prior to the end of the expected date for possession, serve a notice to enter.

My lease agreements have always stated that ALL persons in POSSESSION of the home of LEGAL AGE (18 and up or 21 and up, depending on your State law for legal age) must be on the Lease and Sign the Lease.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance, advice, or insights that you might be able to provide.If you have personal experience in rehab projects or possess knowledge in any of the aforementioned areas, I kindly request your guidance.

If you purchase this property, keep us updated on the status after you take possession of the house, and those existing Section 8 Tenants. 

I was told I had to wait to file for a writ of possession and filed for that yesterday for a cost of an additional $55.
