I'd recommend selling your TV set.

Then add on other things as you grow.There are two ways to go about marketing/advertising your business...You can go a mile wide and an inch deep, which would be large scale marketing such as blanketing an entire neighborhood with direct mail, door hangers, using billboards, radio ads, TV, etc.

Hello @Michael Hansen, I also come from an investing family as my father was flipping houses before it was a tv show.  

You're renting them a room in your house... a place where you'll have fights with your wife, laugh at the tv, and make odd noises all men do in the bathroom... how "professional" do you think that will all be in the end?

Word of mouth, internet PPC, instagram, Facebook, mailers, radio, TV, go to REI Groups, Website, Host free classes and about 10 other ways you can market to the right people.How many times do you post to Facebook and instagram every week??

For years now I have been a fan of all the flipping shows on tv but it wasn't until I found BP that I thought it possible for me to be part of such community.  

(& he's a network tv start) myself I personally did 132 last year while assisting my team in doing another 306.

Door knocking, building data lists, cold calling, running TV commercials, radio ads, PPC, Facebook ads, and all the other forms of marketing we do aren’t always what an investor wants to spend time with.
