Also, the more you know the harder it is to buy into something that will have a low probability of working out no matter how you choose to invest in RE so I would definitely try and learn as much as possible either way.

I have read all comments and will choose to ignore them only to say the following:The problem that nobody is talking about is the fact that the original wholesaler has tacked on an additional 30% of the supposed contracted price and the second wholesaler has tacked on an 81% additional cost to the original price.The first wholesaler is greedy based on my estimation after reading the original posters comments of what he would pay.
