It was buildable condition. i am thinking to re-erect the old house somewhere in Columbia County. how to find a master preservation carpenter, who can assemble the house at a reasonable price.

Drive around that area and find a Concrete guy, Master Electricians, Plumbers, etc that are working on these other builds.

A lot of developers don't want you (or any potential competitors) to know their trade secrets and efficiencies, which they've taken years and maybe decades to master.....
