I was involved in wholesaling business long time ago (not real estate but consumer goods), and it has taught me A LOT about human nature.

Yeah, they hardly ever get cleaned but it's not that time consuming at turnovers.

You have every right to be an informed consumer, and know what you are paying for.

Generally - you can make a referral fee on these types of loans if they are 100% purely business purpose - a lot of the restrictions and issues come from anything consumer-related.

The consumer doesn't have the ability to file an E&O claim against the agent, only the person who ha the policy can make a claim.
