I've been an RN for 7 years and in between patients (living and dead) the rooms are simply washed down with either bleach or alternative disinfectants, day after day after day.

The fee depends on the time it takes the crew to clean the unit which includes washing and drying linens, towels, etc.

It's almost a wash, and the additional cash flow from paying off the mortgages is exact and unwavering, whereas the cash flow from my building was not, so that kind of stabilizes my income a little bit as I go into  retirement.
