Hello,Investors (who are non home builders ) what is the minimum warranty you require from your home builder (contractor)?

In situations like that I am sure there is a much higher chance that someone would challenge the validity of that deed as risk the title insurance company would be assuming if they issued a title insurance policy.

I am in Chicago - downtownIn regards to the self employed (young man 29) he sent me everything via email - SSN, drivers license, EIN IRS document ( i could only validate the name & registration), he also send me screenshots of his bank account , inspite of my telling him not to. 

I think there is a valid time to invest remotely but I will be honest, I have never done this so take my advice on this for what it is worth.
