Hello,

Investors (who are non home builders ) what is the minimum warranty you require from your home builder (contractor)?

How is this stated in your contract with your home builder?

Also when you resale the home are buyers particular with builders warranty?

This is my first time investing in a new construction home and in the process of reviewing the contract with my home builder. Need guidance. Thank you Team!
