We're still actively looking in Bloomfield but deals have been tight. 

No timeline or deadline.

I hold a tight reign on the funds only paying when the purchase needs to happen (Look for financing for certain items if you need it).You should talk to your chosen designer about the budget for the project . 

We do this to make money. the margins on this property are tight.  

When you found violations, did you document them in writing, give the tenant a deadline for correction, inspect to verify compliance, and use consequences for continued violations?

My agent passed the deadline of 2 business days to submit necessary documents online.

If tenant met the deadline, all else is on the PM regardless if the pay near me reflected incorrect dates because they chose that means of payment.  

I know it’s a long reach to still keep him on the job after all I’ve been through with his people but understand I’m on a tight schedule and have a ticking dead line to complete.

I thought my tenant screening was air tight, but apparently not.  

I get it, I got out of the Marines after 8 years too, but just sit tight.
