Probably an unpopular stance here, but marijuana use isn't a problem.

It does not state marijuana specifically, just "smoking" in general. 

My state (ak) recently decriminalized marijuana, so we are going to see it more as landlords, details still being worked out...My concern is that people may want to smoke it inside, too, but I don't allow any smoking inside.

As far as the “federal” part goes, that’s kind of like the marijuana laws......aka the fed aren’t going to get involve in petty local municipality issues. 

Ok everybody, multi owners/managers especially need to input on this one.HOW DO YOU HANDLE COMPLAINTS OF MARIJUANA USAGE IN A MULTI????

You see the thing is, the current tennant is operating a medical marijuana dispensary and he needs to expand.

It's better than Compton, and I think it is improving, but lots of section 8, lots of late payment renters, lots of people on "disability" and you frequently smell the odor of very strong marijuana in the air.I bought here because It was affordable (for CA), I don't feel unsafe in the area, and I really think the area will improve because it is in a very advantageous location geographically.It isn't hard at all to get renters, but their quality is generally low (credit issues, potential section 8). 

She was even just caught  smoking marijuana in the unit the other day and then tried to say it was legal in Illinois.

Do you or does anyone who would be living at the property or visiting the property smoke ANYTHING cigars, cigarettes, marijuana, vape.5.  

The entire basement and the master were used to grow marijuana.
