I would not do any more renovation without consulting them and what they will require you to do.Padsplit does not allow pets except for service and ESA animals.As I understand it, parking space is an add on fee to renters.

Make sure your lease stipulates its a "shared property" and list all the rules to make sure they toe the line, garbage, one vehicle(where parked), noise, no personal items in yard, everything you can think of or choose/whatever.

I’ve had clients pay $100k for a sewer line though (commercial properties, complicated lines running under parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping and the bid includes replacing the landscaping too, etc. or requiring a permit from the city to close off the road for the day with traffic control, etc.).
