@River Sava I assume that by turnkey, you wouldn't recommend this option for a property needing renovations?

Also people that can't live in east palo alto/livermore they move to central valley, that itself is also causing price to rise.

I've certainly found it harder to find deals than raise money.However, I have a partner and we buy hospitality properties in the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia.
