Hello Everyone!

I am new to the community and looking to learn as much as possible. I have been a long time listener to the Bigger Pockets podcast. I am FINALLY ready to take the next step, so I decided to sign on as a pro member. I currently own one investment property. My goal is to own another by the end of the year. I am open to any advice you may have!
