I own a restoration company that services the greater Raleigh area (including Chapel Hill, Sanford, Fayetteville, Cary, and Apex) and we are getting to the point where I need a solid and eager sales person. 

There is another option to reusing your eligibility if it is all used up and that is a One time Restoration.

Is it normal for a partnership to form between a house-flipper (someone who finds deals, buys property, restores the property, and sells) and an investor (brings in the needed capital to buy property)?

My tenant called and said “all her friends are telling her” that she only has to pay for the time that she has the place, and not from when she evacuated till the time power is restored and she comes back.I thought I was a good Googler, but clearly I am not.

The reason why that's a positive thing is, with a bit of recently gained Insurance Policy Knowledge and some estimate writing skills, we were able to have all the damages covered by insurance, giving us a stepping stone to both restoring the property and building our rental property empire.

This can be way more cost effective than calling a smoke and fire restoration contractor that is used to just trying to max out the insurance.
