Hello community,I am reaching out to seek some valuable advice from experienced investors on approaching a local partner for a unique situation I find myself in.I currently own a fourplex unit in Baton Rouge, but due to a relocation to Michigan, managing the property has become a significant challenge.

My father would also be interested in renting from me for a year or so while he figures out where he wants to relocate to. 

I have not relocated yet.

We also have a large influx of out of country buyers, that come here for a ministry school, and end up relocating.

My family and I recently relocated to Portugal and have rental property in Colorado.

A little about me, I'm planning to relocate to Charlotte from Chicago, and I've have managed my Chicago rental since 2018.

With that in mind, I did my research and relocated out of California where I could do the above.....not saying you have to move, but many do.

Additionally, I am not house-hacking since I will be relocating after graduation, but would want to keep my investment property in the area near my university.
