Three months ago I became a student once again in pursuit of my real estate sales agent license.As my job as a real estate appraiser I am fluent in valuing properties, navigating the MLS, and finding info through county records. 

To be more successful, you simply have to work on the other elements to progress your REI pursuit.

We have never had push-back on the pursuit of a guarantor for a shortfall, so it is possible we may change our view on this wording if it is ever seriously tested.

With the market as competitive as ever it is good to be active and looking at deals whether or not you actually pursuit.

Many personal umbrella policies will exclude "business pursuits", so don't assume garnering the policy will ensure you have what you need.
