Introduction - Salt Lake City

Hi BiggerPockets Community!

Wanted to stop in and introduce myself. I recently graduated with a Bachelors in Finance from the University of Utah. I bought a condo and secured a job as a commercial real estate appraiser directly out of school, which I have been doing for the last year and a half. Three months ago I became a student once again in pursuit of my real estate sales agent license.

As my job as a real estate appraiser I am fluent in valuing properties, navigating the MLS, and finding info through county records.

My mom also shares a similar interest in real estate with a passion for remodels and interior decoration, as well as light property management with ownership of a triplex. 

We are looking to do our first flip within the Salt Lake area as soon as we find the right property. This is a great community and am excited to be a part and hopefully give back over time!
