Have you considered ways to increase the rent so it actually produces a cash flow return?

It seems like most all popular screening services like Mysmartmove, Rentspree, etc use the Transunion "resident score" instead of producing actual FICO credit scores for tenants.

I see a lot of jobs that I could get with a real estate license other than just working as an agent under a brokerage - such as: transaction coordinator, assistant to a high producing agent, etc.

It will produce an opportunity to reset the park the way you should want it to be done. 

They don't sell income producing assets unless they can replace it with a greater earner; they borrow against the asset at low rates and have it both ways - access to cash without paying taxes and interest deductions.

Tried out this app called Remini that produces AI generated headshots as well as enhancing someones existing photos.

This far its produced three that we work and invest with.

Individual producers (say top 30% producers) will write +$40M in one year.This is not to say they are bad, but I'm not sure how you can conduct due diligence without seeing social proof.

In my acquaintance's experience, one of whom has triple digit number of loans being serviced by them they have produced quality and reliable results.FCI is another large, well known servicer used by many people in the industry.
