Possible (but I doubt easy) if seller takes a 2nd / subordinate position to the bank or is secured by other property you own.

@Kenneth Joseph Perfido If you’ve moved to a new state and plan to conduct business there, you generally have two options: register your existing LLC as a foreign LLC in the new state or form a new LLC in the new state.

Detroit would be a solid option if you're strategy involves a little more risk for potentially higher cash flow. 

Any insight into the kind of options we may have for something like this and how qualification for a small hotel differs from residential conventional loans would be extremely helpful.
