STR is not the easiest niche to make money in especially in the current environment. 

I think that you're correct: in this interest rate environment, small variations in costs like the ones you've mentioned can easily eat up your cashflow.

This year I signed up for sessions there like underwriting multifamily and cashflowing multi family in high rate environments and I'm excited to hear what they have to say, plus it's in person so lots of good networking to learn from others.

However... that's why I pay for Peace of Mind.
