Hi I'm totally new here , been trying to connect with Lee Arnold and pace morby but just can't get one on one assistance on where I'm going wrong or right with my leads.

I get that request daily  ;-)  U should get on Pace Morby's free facebook and put that out to their crazy tribe.. something may come of it when you have thousands in the tribe and its his home area.. thats what I would do.

In short, the house value failed to pace the inflation rate. 

I've been watching Jerry Norton and Pace Morby's fantastic YouTube series on creative financing. 

Industry growth in Detroit in the last two years is on a better pace than the 15 years prior, but it's not really what's driving these prices.

@DJ Thielen I am very confused as to what is your agenda? 

I learned a ton from the house itself, and it was a great mentor;  it also had no hidden agenda or motive, and only upcharged me for the repairs it needed. 

I'd recommend researching that on here or via Pace Morby on youtube. 

I find it unsettling that a political agenda seems to be intertwined with this matter on this platform.

They take the most extreme opportunities and cases and magnify it for their agenda.
