I see there are still some misunderstandings which I will talk about below.

This is due to their misunderstanding of the law which states that a TX homeowner may not close on a HELOC or home equity product within 1 year of closing a previous home equity product. 

You can misunderstand what he says, misread body language, miscommunicate, etc.The only way I know is to really screen them up front.

My wife and I are first time home buyers so I feel like we're misunderstanding something.

I see 2-15 unit properties cash flowing well even at 75% LTV all the time but maybe I'm misunderstanding what "free cash flow" is.

Other questions folks might ask you is, whether it's just porches and common walkways, or also the parking area, also sidewalks, etc.I only say this because I've had "misunderstandings" a few times over the years about exactly which snow was going to be removed :-/
