Finding good contractors
So I bought my first duplex last year and I'm doing well. My next step is to find a fixer upper to BRRRR. My biggest issues right now is how do I find good contractors? I've been watching videos, but where do I start. Also, I may be confused on BRRR. I think from what I understand, you can only have 10 loans out, so how can I buy, rent, rehab and then refinance so many more? Sorry still learning. I may be misunderstanding.
