There is a guy around my area that runs about 10 of them and makes big $$$ doing it .That’s interesting one of our local county commissioners runs several group homes and is making good money as well I’d thought about converting a six unit into a group home to increase the profits you can get more per door for sure but depending on what you’re doing it requires some setup and employees - intellectually disabled adults vs other mental ailments vs substance abuse or halfway house etc.

Dealing with people, well this one has always been an issue, I dont have any tolerance for "intellectually impaired" people, after working an airline ticket counter for 12 yrs I have pretty much put the majority of the public in that category, I think i have pretty much seen and heard it all.
